An Uplifting Move Downtown

Exciting things are happening at ICON Architectural Group! We’re excited to share that our headquarters is moving to a new home in downtown Grand Forks. While our address is changing, who we are and what we stand for isn’t. Our team remains committed to delivering the same innovative designs and exceptional service that our clients and partners have come to expect.

What makes this move even more special is the history behind our new location. The Franklin on Fourth development sits on the site of the former Lyons Auto dealership, a business that was part of Grand Forks’ story for over a century. The building pays tribute to that legacy in a unique way, with a beautifully preserved 1933 Franklin Olympic automobile on display - right where it was originally sold. It’s a nod to the past while looking ahead to the future, which is something we can relate to as we take this next step as a company.

At ICON, everything we do is rooted in our mission: to design environments that elevate communities and inspire human connections. Moving downtown puts us even closer to the energy of the city, where we can collaborate with local businesses, contribute to the revitalization of the area, and stay connected to the people who make Grand Forks such a great place to live and work.
