Edgewood Senior Living is a state-of-the-art Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that overlooks the Pierre, SD landscape. ICON worked closely with the owner and operator of this facility to accommodate and advise their systematic approach towards senior living communities. Much time and effort went into listening to the operators of this facility to ensure that staff efficiencies could be met, and residents’ needs were at the forefront of the design and build process. This facility was built with added utility infrastructure for future building additions to meet demand.
