We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our firm. In this role, you will apply your extensive technical expertise and project management skills to deliver thoughtful, well-integrated structural solutions that support and enhance design intent. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate project schedules, and ensure all engineering standards and client requirements are met with precision. You’ll lead the structural design of diverse project types—ranging from athletic and educational facilities to commercial and adaptive reuse projects—within a highly collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license preferred
Minimum of 10 years of structural design experience, ideally with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or building projects
Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling tools and methodologies to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
Extensive knowledge of structural design and modeling software
Experience in project management including scope development, resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality control
Familiarity with drafting standards and the ability to review detailed drawings for accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills with architects, consultants, and clients
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a proactive approach toward problem-solving
