Blu on Broadway is a 5-story mixed-use development located directly on Broadway, the main thoroughfare in the heart of Minot. Prior to being Blu on Broadway, the building was home to Pepsi/Northern Bottling, which ended production 13 years before. The five-story building holds over 8,000 s.f. of main level commercial space and 42 residential apartments on floors 2-5. Blu on Broadway received $4 million in assistance from Minot’s National Disaster Resilience Program, guaranteeing the units to be affordable for the next 20 years.
