The new Nedrose K-12 School is a school facility located outside of Minot, North Dakota. The facility includes football fields, baseball fields, and an adjacent park. This project is unique to ICON as it is the first completely brand-new school that we have designed. The project included 22 classrooms designed for 21st Century learning principles, industrial technology spaces, science labs, and music classrooms. Other spaces include a commons area, two full sized gymnasiums, a library, and administrative offices. The building also includes open and functional multi-use spaces and features natural lighting throughout. The new school is designed to meet a 500-student enrollment capacity and to expand without disruption.
