ICON was selected to design a new building for United Valley Bank Mahnomen location. They felt the existing building had served its purpose but needed a fresh look that was reflective of their identity. ICON designed an addition to house current and future positions. The existing building consisted of concentric octagons that with the new addition became rectangular making it much more conducive for office activity and furniture. The new branch features a two-story open conference room with floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls that provide natural light throughout the building. Construction was completed in phases to allow for full operation of the building throughout construction.
