Hess Corporation is a leading independent energy company. They needed an office complex for their Tioga, North Dakota location and hired ICON to lead the design of the project. ICON designed the complex to be a large open office complex. It is a 56,000 s.f. site and includes office space, a cafeteria, and a warehouse facility. The project also included significant site and utilities work.
