Due to outdated facilities and deferred maintenance needs, the Beulah School District hired ICON to explore potential addition and renovation options for the high school building to enhance student learning opportunities. After the successful passing of a bond referendum in early 2020, we moved forward with design and construction began in May 2020. The project includes the demolition of the 1963 portion of the existing high school building, the addition of new classrooms and a commons space, and a redefined main entrance into the building. Also included in the project is the renovation of the band and choir rooms and administration spaces as well as lighting and mechanical system upgrades in the existing classrooms. The project is expected to be complete for the start of the 2021 – 2022 school year.
