NDSU ALPHA GAMMA DELTA CHAPTER HOUSE
Due to an outdated house that had a poor layout, was not secure, and was not ADA compliant, the Alpha Gamma Delta Chapter at North Dakota State University needed a new residence. ICON was selected to design a new house with a better layout, improved security, and that is ADA accessible. The new house features fourteen bedrooms, each able to house two people, a suite with two bedrooms and a living space, an ADA accessible suite, a house director suite/apartment, study space, and an outdoor patio. The new house also features a grand stair and foyer making the home aesthetically pleasing which will assist with recruitment efforts.
