After considering to purchase land and relocate, the Owner very much liked their existing location and decided to invest in reviving the aesthetics and image of their current building. They felt the existing building had served its purpose but was in need of a fresh look that was reflective of their identity. They developed an addition to house current and future positions and heightening their corporate location. With branches throughout rural ND, the addition to the corporate branch in Grand Forks would allow for ample space to support the surrounding branches. The existing building consisted of concentric octagons that with the new addition will became absorbed by a new rectangular concept that is much more conducive for office activity and furniture. The two story addition is expressive, demonstrating stature and serves as a cornerstone element to a high traffic intersection outside the regional shopping center. Construction will be completed in phases to allow for full operation of the building throughout construction.
